Join our Iberia Valves Solutions team as an Outside Sales Engineer, where you'll partner with customers to understand their needs, deliver high‑value solutions, and help them boost efficiency, reliability, and profitability across their plants.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Build strong customer relationships by maximizing face-to-face interactions, and developing deep understanding of their business, challenges and goals. 

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging industries

• Expand your network within key accounts, identifying stakeholders and positioning value propositions across multiple product lines within Values portfolio.

• Negotiate commercial agreements within your delegation of authority, including pricing, discounts, and volume structures.

• Collaborate close with sales support teams to shape winning sales and proposal strategies.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the industrial market

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with regional and global teams

• Fluency in English

• Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally internationally

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in a matrix organization.
