Job Title: Outside Sales Manager

We are seeking an Outside Sales Manager to join and support our expanding sales team at Hybrid Power Solutions. The ideal candidate will be an energetic go-getter who embodies our company values.

The candidate should be versatile, with experience in account management, strategic growth planning, and creating end-user demand within the construction, mining, military, and transit verticals. A basic understanding of power and generator systems and a willingness to lead market entry are essential.

Responsibilities

  1. Cold call or visit construction sites, transit locations, commercial, and customer sites to identify potential sales opportunities.
  2. Build positive relationships with end users and account representatives within the assigned region.
  3. Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing by staying informed about supply, demand, trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
