Outside Sales Support Specialst

The Outside Sales Support Specialist provides day-to-day administrative and quoting support to the Outside Sales team, helping ensure timely, accurate, and professional service to customers. This role assists with preparing quotes, coordinating information between sales, purchasing, and operations, and supporting order follow-up as required. The position will also assist at the front counter during peak periods or as needed.

This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to build experience in sales support within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sales quotes for the Outside Sales team
• Assist outside sales representatives with pricing, product information, and documentation
• Enter and update quotes, customer records, and related information in the ERP system
