As a Sales Account Manager (DOT-10k), your mission is to be the Best of the Best, develop long-term relationships, and oversee sales. You'll visit local businesses and market our high-quality tires and tire service.

Who We're Looking For:

• Eager sales personality

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivated & dependable individual

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Aptitude to problem-solve

What You Need:

• Valid Driver’s License

• 3-year Clean Record with no DUIs

• Ability to pass background and drug screen

• 2-5 years outside/ route industrial sales experience preferred

• Tire sales experience a plus

What You’ll Do:

• Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success

• Develop positive relationships to anticipate and handle customers’ needs

• Generate new commercial and OTR sales/service sales, including retreads

• Meet portfolio goals and sales quotas, adhering to pricing policies

• Assure the highest levels of customer service

• Report information regularly via Purcell’s sales management tool

• Complete fleet surveys, tire analysis, mileage tracking, and ad-hoc reports

• Protect company assets

• Maintain a clean vehicle to reflect the proper corporate image

• Embrace Purcell’s culture of safety on all jobs every time

*Outside Sales Reps are compensated through a combination of salary and sales commissions. The listed range represents an estimated total of all compensation sources, listed as an annual rate. Variables include relevant experience, sales, and geographic location.

DRUG TESTING

Purcell Tire tests for the presence of THC in all drug screenings for this position, due to the safety-sensitive nature of the job and the potential for injury or death when a tire is installed improperly, or a safety-related mechanical issue is not properly conveyed to a customer. It is a bona fide occupational qualification for service technicians to be unimpaired, so the Company will continue testing for THC and other drugs under the safety-sensitive exceptions allowed by your state.
