JOB DESCRIPTION

Position- Tender Estimation & QS Engineer

Tendering, Contracts and procurement bid process, Comparative statement, negotiation

with vendors, Budgeting, Cost/ Financial management.

Preparation of BOQ, Bill certification, Rate analysis, Material reconciliation.

Experience in Bid Preparation for interior fit-outs.

Should possess a good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Drawing Detailing

Rate Analysis and cost breakup.

Relevant working experience in Tendering & Contract in Interior Fit out.

Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.

Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the

client or architect.

Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors

and the general workforce involved in the project.
