What you'll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring the technical team
• Ensuring high-quality project delivery
• Acting as a bridge between technical execution and project goals

What we're looking for (Minimum Requirements):

• Excellent soft skills and strong communication abilities
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with OutSystems
• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• English level B1 (working proficiency)
• Based in Portugal
