- Lead the design and development of enterprise OutSystems applications.
- Define architecture and enforce coding standards.
- Mentor and manage OutSystems developers.
- Coordinate with Business, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Develop integrations with APIs, databases, and external systems.
- Drive sprint planning and estimation.
- Optimize applications for scalability and performance.
- Ensure documentation and version control.
