Job Description

Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing the organization’s day-to-day administrative and operational functions. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Operational Oversight – Ensure all restaurant operations run smoothly, including kitchen, dining area, and service processes.
  2. Strategic Planning – Collaborate with the CFO and management team to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals. Examples include Menu SRP, suppliers, and marketing‑related campaigns and promotions.
  3. Budget Management – Oversee financial performance, budget planning, and expense management to achieve profitability. Provide targets and budgets and ensure alignment with store KPI.
  4. Staff Management – Lead and mentor restaurant managers and staff to promote a high‑performance culture. Conduct final interviews for operation plantilla and labor management.
