Job Description

Holding a key role in our month end, reporting & forecasting activities, our Overheads Analyst role is a position in our Finance Team. Joining a team of 3, you will be immersed in both commercial and transactional finance, along with building your business partnering skills across the group! With a focus on continuous improvement, you will have the opportunity to look at any operational improvements you find, allowing you to craft your role!

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract

What your daily life will look like?

  • Lead financial planning and performance reporting and decision support for people costs and group overheads
  • Finance support for People, Facilities and Group leadership teams
  • Responsible for efficient and effective people OD and cost controls
