We are seeking a vigilant, professional, and customer-focused Security Officer to join our team. The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and property. This role requires strong observation skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and the ability to handle situations discreetly and effectively.
Responsibilities include:
Patrol hotel premises (including lobby, guest floors, public areas and back-of-house) regularly to maintain a visible presence and deter security threats.Monitor security systems including CCTV, fire alarms, and access control systems.Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents such as disturbances, theft, medical emergencies, or fire.Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and ensuring only authorized personnel are admitted.Enforce hotel rules and policies professionally and respectfully.Write clear, detailed reports ...
