Full-time (4 days per week) Overnight shifts In-office role
Join a fast-growing crypto startup providing overnight customer and platform support during off-peak trading hours. This is a full-time role condensed into four overnight shifts per week , ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, customer interaction, and working independently.
You'll be based onsite in Surry Hills and act as the primary overnight support contact, helping users in real time while monitoring platform behaviour and escalating issues as needed.
