Job Description
**Job Duties/functions:**
+ Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
+ Identify and successfully investigate matters of internal dishonesty
+ Control the unexplained loss of merchandise and improve profitability
+ Review and analyze shrink performance; identify associate behaviors and/or operational issues through exception based reporting and CCTV that may cause shrink within the facility.
+ Identify trends; make recommendations for improvement; teach, train and coach associates to effectively handle opportunities; monitor corrective action
+ Prepare detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner
+ Follow up, support and resolve safety, environmental and regulatory issues as assigned by the Security Manager

+ Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
