The Overnight Stock Associate will oversee the receiving and transferring of merchandise, inventory, and knowledge of inventory. Receive and transfer Maintain appropriate levels of merchandise in stores from back stock. Communicates with Store Manager regarding levels of merchandise on floor and in backstock. Ensure merchandise is stocked adequately with all sizes and colors represented. Must have complete knowledge of stores stock and basic POS system knowledge Assist in upkeep of store by maintaining store displays and merchandising. Change displays regularly and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively relating to visual merchandising. Resolve problems that may arise, i.e., distribution errors, markdowns, prices, etc. Other duties may be assigned Job Requirements Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. HS Diploma or GED Must be over 18 1 yr. experience stocking, warehouse, or Shipping & Receiving Experience receiving and transferring of merchandise Experience in sales and airport experience preferred but not mandatory TAM Card may be required depending upon location Additional Security clearance may be required depending upon location Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing May be required depending upon location Additional Requirements Occasional sitting Frequent standing, walking, climbing, crouching, bending, pushing, or pulling Normal or corrected vision and hearing Can distinguish varying or specific colors, patterns, or materials to review merchandise Fluency in English is required for training, customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Typically, indoors Typically, in a consistent temperature Occasionally outdoors Occasionally exposed to varying degrees of hot and cold environments Use of fine motor hand functions Lift approximately 50 lbs.
