POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Management team, the Overnight Supervisor provides daily direction to the Outfitters on the overnight shift within the retail store, to include: sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, inventory management and price change execution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Delegates tasks and work assignments to team members by giving clear and concise direction and follow up to ensure proper execution.
Ensures adherence of all standard operating procedures and processes by team members, following up to provide training and guidance when needed.
