About the Role:
The Study Abroad Counsellor will guide students aspiring to pursue higher education overseas by providing accurate information, personalized counselling, and end-to-end support through the admissions process. The role demands both empathy and sales acumen, helping students make informed decisions while meeting enrollment goals.
What you will do:
Counsel students and parents on study-abroad opportunities across destinations like the USA, UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and Australia.
Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses, and scholarship options.
Guide students through documentation, applications, and offer acceptance processes.
Maintain consistent communication through WhatsApp, email, and phone to ensure a smooth student experience.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
