Overseas Human Resources and Administration Manager

Job Responsibilities

Based in locations such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, or Singapore, this role is responsible for managing human resources and administrative functions across Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Japan, Singapore, and other regions. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Partner with business units to support team building, including talent acquisition, training, development, and retention.

1. Assist business units in developing organizational optimization strategies aligned with business objectives.

2. Manage employee relations and related matters.

3. Support headquarters in enhancing and implementing the global HR framework and systems.

4. Overseas administrative operations, including the daily management of regional offices, handling local legal affairs, managing external partnerships, and responding to emergencies.
