OWNER OPERATORS
  • 20% Drop and Hook Loads
  • Average 6K gross weekly earnings

    Looking for consistent, well-paying loads? We're hiring Owner-Operators to haul dry van freight. Enjoy competitive rates, excellent benefits for purchase, and a supportive team. Earn up to $6,000 gross weekly and a flexible schedule! Remote orientation for owner operators available.

    Compensation:

  • Avg. 6K gross weekly earnings.
  • Avg. 2,500 miles weekly.
  • Weekends home (regional).
  • No touch freight.
  • No forced dispatch.
  • Owner paid 80% of gross line haul revenue.
  • Currently, our average line haul rate is $2.40 per mile (based on market).

    Additional Guidance:

  • Driver Referral Bonus - $1,500 for Company Drivers and $5,000 for Owner Operators
  • Parking is offered at Real Yards - IL, NJ. 
  • Security Deposit: $2,000 ($250/week) refundable 30 days after lease is canceled with all company assets returned. 
  • Weekly settlements via direct deposit every Friday.

  • Route: Real Trucking transports goods across the US— Midwest, North East & South East.

    ‍ Equipment Required:

  • Must have your own truck that will pass our DOT inspection.

    Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid CDL A License.
  • Must have 12-18 months of verifiable OTR experience.
  • Current DOT Medical Card.
