The **Boeing Global Services Global Engineering and Operations organization** is seeking a **first line manager** to lead the **P-8A Modifications Integration Team (PMIT).** This role will focus on overseeing the integration of engineering and logistics support systems for domestic and international P-8A I3B2 modification, developing strategies to support flawless execution of the existing mod program, capturing additional P-8 mod business and successfully managing, developing, and motivating a rapidly growing team.
