- Engineering degree and knowledge of Product/Process (VPS-process standards)
- Personal skills to manage functional organization
- Valeo CIP development methodology or similar
- Quality standards (FMEAs, AQP, Process, Logistic, )
- Financial skills on Development costs, Product costs and Manufacturing costs
- Knowledge of Automotive development (1-2 years)
- Get successful development experience as Process Engineering PTM and/or Production and /or Logistic (1-5 years)
