Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing and growth strategy for the global markets

  • Manage regional P2P marketing projects, including but not limited to defining project goals, creating project timelines, scheduling meetings and tracking the projects' progress to ensure accountability and timely completion of deliverables and to best possible quality standards

  • Plan and manage P2P marketing calendar, maintain process and documentation for request and tracking

  • Follow up and maintain external marketing relationships such as KOLs, crypto projects or outsourcers

  • Analyze the projects and deliver result analysis, summarize issues and create solutions for further optimization

  • Conduct competitor analysis, learn from the market and differentiate from competitors
