Job Description

**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Acts as a first point of contact for regular, on-going Direct Returns process issues on daily operational matters.
- Resolves operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end Direct Returns process (e.g., physical claims, refusals, non-conventional processes such as leased units returns to name just a few).
- Engages with other functions and organizations to resolve the root cause of Direct Returns issues (e.g., client mgrs., account mgrs., sales teams, supply chain, logistics, etc.)
- Acts as a point of contact for moderately complex Direct Returns unknown issues and trains team members.
- Leads the efforts to optimize current Direct Returns processes, often collaborating with other groups within HP to improve day-to-day activities.
