**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Package Consultant for Oracle Cloud CX, you will help clients design and implement a unified data foundation for their Marketing, Sales, and Service departments, enabling improved business processes and better management of customer interactions. You will assess the client's current infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and implement Oracle Cloud CX solutions to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Assess Client Infrastructure: Assess the client's current infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for Oracle Cloud CX solutions to enhance business processes and customer interactions. • Implement Oracle Cloud CX Solutions: Implement Oracle Cloud CX solutions to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. • Identify Improvement Areas: Identify areas for improvement in the client's current infrastructure and develop strategies to address these gaps using Oracle Cloud CX solutions. • Streamline Operations: Collaborate with clients to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences, leveraging Oracle Cloud CX solutions to drive business value. • Enhance Customer Experiences: Work with clients to design and implement Oracle Cloud CX solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud CX: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud CX solutions and their applications in streamlining operations and enhancing customer experiences. • Experience working with Unified Data Foundations: Understanding of unified data foundations and their role in integrating Marketing, Sales, and Service departments. • Implementation of Cloud Solutions: Exposure to implementing cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. • Assessment of Client Infrastructure: Experience assessing client infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for solution implementation. • Understanding of Business Process Improvement: Familiarity with business process improvement principles and practices, particularly in the context of Oracle Cloud CX solutions.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
