Role & responsibilities
Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) is the talent data layer within SuccessFactors. Its purpose is to create a single, consistent view of skills, capabilities and attributes across the entire talent lifecycle and to make this data consumable by all talent modules.
TIH has direct integrations with Employee Central (EC), Job Profile Builder (JPB), Center of Capabilities (CoC), Learning Management System (LMS), Opportunity Marketplace (OMP), Recruiting Management (RCM), Performance & Goals (PMGM), and Succession & Development (SCDP). As such, the candidate is expected to possess strong conceptual understanding of how TIH interacts with and feeds data into these modules.
Consequently, for a TIH role, merely looking for experience or skillsets in the above SuccessFactors modules is insufficient (Example - a PMGM / SP CDP candidate will not be able to fulfil this role)
