**Your role and responsibilities**
* Strong configuration knowledge of Gross Payroll and Net Payroll
* Experience in payroll data migration
* Manage data replication between EC and HCM Payroll (Point-to-Point or Middleware)
* Ensure compliance with tax, WPS, end-of-service, and GOSI regulations
* Oversee time management, work schedules, holiday calendars, and absence quotas
* Align HR master data with finance integration (posting to FI/CO)
