**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Package Specialist: SAP HR Comp & Payroll, you will support the implementation of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll and Benefits module, utilizing business knowledge and expertise to integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment. You will leverage your skills to achieve client expected business results through effective implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Implement SAP HR Modules: Support the implementation of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits module, ensuring seamless integration with the client's business environment. • Conduct Fit Analysis: Perform fit analysis to identify client requirements and configure the SAP HR system to meet their needs, resolving configuration and functional issues as needed. • Provide Post-Implementation Support: Deliver post-implementation support to ensure the client achieves expected business results, addressing any issues that may arise during the rollout phase. • Resolve Configuration Issues: Specialize in resolving configuration and functional issues related to the compensation management module of SAP HR, applying your expertise to ensure timely resolution. • Test and Rollout Solutions: Test and rollout solutions to ensure successful implementation, collaborating with clients to validate results and identify areas for improvement.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• SAP HR Compensation Management: Experience with implementing and configuring SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules to meet client business requirements. • Packaged Technology Integration: Exposure to integrating packaged technology into client business environments to achieve expected business results. • Configuration and Testing: Experience with performing fit analysis, configuration, testing, and rollout of SAP HR systems to ensure seamless integration with client business environments. • Compensation Management Module: Experience with resolving configuration and functional issues related to the compensation management module of SAP HR. • SAP HR Implementation Planning: Exposure to implementation planning and post-implementation support for SAP HR projects to ensure client expected business results.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
• SAP HR Project Management: Exposure to managing SAP HR projects, including implementation planning, fit analysis, and post-implementation support, to achieve client expected business results. • Compensation Management Configuration: Experience with configuring and testing compensation management modules in SAP HR to meet client business requirements. • Packaged Technology Integration: Exposure to integrating packaged technology into client business environments to achieve expected business results, including rollout and post-implementation support.
