In this role, you will collaborate with a team of 2-5 colleagues to efficiently package finished materials produced by Roll Forming machines. The primary products include metal shingles, siding, and gutters. Each machine is operated by a Machine Operator II, and you will work alongside 2-5 other Packagers (Machine Operator I) to ensure quality control and defect-free manufacturing.
**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring attention to detail.
+ Package, palletize, and move products, including making boxes.
+ Operate power tools such as drills, staple guns, and other pneumatic tools.
+ Learn to operate various machines and work with different groups daily.
+ Conduct visual quality checks to ensure products are defect-free.
