Primary responsibilities include:
· Assist the packaging team with hand collating, final assembly, and kit building to ensure high-quality product output.
· Inspect products and packaging materials for quality defects, reporting issues to the line lead.
· Stage and prepare materials for production runs, ensuring proper sequences and on-time delivery.
· Operate basic packaging equipment such as shrinkwrappers, cartoners, and box cutters under supervision.
