Position Overview

As a Product Design & Innovation Specialist, you will play a key role in creating innovative, high-quality beauty products through a focus on design, packaging, user experience, market research, and product testing. Working closely with the R&D department, you will help analyze industry trends, gather consumer insights, and support the development and enhancement of products that reflect the brand’s values of inclusivity, sustainability, and innovation.
