Packaging Development Manager

Summary of the role

You’ll lead packaging development for new and improved products, ensuring packaging solutions work end-to-end from design to plant execution, supporting trials and validation, resolving line issues, and partnering with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to deliver business, quality, and continuity goals.

What you’ll be doing

• Packaging project delivery: develop and implement packaging for NPD/renovations, line extensions, business continuity and CI, including equipment or line changes.
• Trials, validation & troubleshooting: coordinate trials, shelf‑life/sensory support, packaging validation, and provide SME support for plant/quality troubleshooting.
