Key Responsibilities:
Develop and industrialize primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging for FMCG products across multiple SKUsPartner with the brand team to translate consumer insights and brand strategy into effective packagingLead packaging development and innovation for new product launches, renovations, and promotions under tight timelinesSpecify packaging materials and components optimized for high-speed filling, packing, and distributionConduct packaging performance, transport, shelf-life, and consumer-use testingSupport factory trials, line validations, and scale-up activities in high-volume manufacturing plantsManage packaging suppliers, including technical alignment, cost negotiation, and performance evaluationDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, material lightweighting, and sustainability
