Packaging Development Specialist - Hair Oil
Key responsibilities:
- Should have Packaging Development background and in depth knowledge of Innovative packaging systems development, introduction of new packaging format through in-depth consumer in sighting.
- Interaction with brand on NPD’s.
- Needs to know how to work out packaging costs, and should have ability to communicate ideas and concepts to brand clearly and crisply.
- Interaction with vendors on development of samples, concepts.
- Testing of packaging as well as ability to apply different tests to new pack concepts.
- Analyze results and propose a way forward
- Preparation specifications and BOM for concepts /NPD’s.
- Knowledge/previous experience of SAP interface an added advantage.
- Travel to locations /coordinate between manufacturing, supply chain & vendors, conduct functional testing including plant trials for the decoration, filling and packing process, lab testing, shelf life studies, stab...
