Packaging Engineer

Packaging Engineer – Asian Food Product Line. Schwan’s Shared Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Schwan’s Company seeks a Packaging Engineer – Asian Food Product Line at our facility in Marshall, Minnesota. This position, under general supervision, is responsible for the support of packaging development projects to meet business unit needs. Responsible for researching, developing, documenting and testing innovative packaging solutions that are new to the company or new to the world. Supports Product Development, Packaging Sourcing, Packaging Equipment Engineering and Purchasing to optimize and reduce total packaging costs. Execute packaging projects (new to Schwan’s, new packaging equipment, line extensions, etc.) in alignment with business units and new product platforms to drive company revenue and profitability with moderate supervision.
