Job Description
Development of Packaging for Purchased parts, In House parts, Spare Parts & Kitting Carts.
- Ensure the compliance of the BRP Logistics Handbook with suppliers.
- Lead the PRS or PSS process with suppliers to get Packaging Approvals.
- Attend Quality / Health & Safety issues due to packaging.
- Maintain SAP Packaging Master Data.
- Purchase of Returnable Packaging linked with NPD Projects and Volume Increase.
- Returnable Packaging Fleets. Validate the fleet every new Emission, Forecast and Volume Increase.
- Clear LTCP (Long Term Capacity Plan) Analysis for Loop Calculations and Required Space into the plant.
- Continuously looking for quality improvements and cost reduction activities.
- Introduction of New Equipment (INE), TPM & Training for Returnable Packaging & Kitting Carts.
- Training of people involved with the kitting carts and packaging.
- Select and manage packaging material suppliers.
- Budget tracking (ODC & CAPEX).
