Job Title: Packaging Material Handler - 1st Shift
Location: Monmouth Junction, New Jersey
Type: Contract to Hire
Compensation: $22-$25/hour (based on experience)
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
Job Responsibilities
+ Supply packaging lines with materials and components to maintain uninterrupted production
+ Organize, stage, and restock packaging supplies as needed
+ Assist with room clearances, campaign and full cleanings, and changeovers
+ Clean packaging equipment and parts according to SOPs, cGMP, and FDA standards
+ Support equipment setup and breakdown to reduce downtime between batches
+ Assist with parts washing and pump washing
+ Follow work orders, batch records, and packaging specifications accurately
+ Perform general packaging support tasks as assigned
+ Comply with all safety, quality, and plant procedures
