Packaging Trainee (1 year contract)

To support packaging operations by ensuring machines run smoothly through assisting in repairs, supplying materials, operating and cleaning equipment, performing quality checks, executing reworks and changeovers, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Self-operating of the machines in designated area (i.e. Filler, Empty Bottle Inspection (EBI), Packer, Unpacker and etc).
• Responsible for startup, shut down, Changeover (C/O), Clean-In-Place (CIP) and operational adjustments (including coordination activities with other departments).
• Carry out basic operational capabilities for other machines/processes in the area.
• Carry out basic maintenance within area i.e. Clean-Inspect-Lubricate (CIL) and other basic activities.
• Carry out all local quality analysis.
• Understands and actively participates in problem solving using 5 Whys, Ishikawa and etc.
