**Packing Floater / Pack Operator – Temp Position**
We are currently seeking **Packing Floaters (Pack Operators)** to join our production team. This role supports multiple production lines and requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Pull product from an overhead conveyor
+ Perform light assembly as required (such as installing shelves or doors, depending on the product line)
+ Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of production
+ Package cabinets according to established work instructions
Each production line consists of approximately **5–13 employees** . Team members rotate through different tasks during the shift to avoid repetitive work. As a **Floater** , you will not be assigned to a specific line and will work on whichever line requires support that day.
