Essential Functions:
Oversee daily packing line operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient packaging of pizza products. Lead and coordinate packing team members, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to meet production targets. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including GMP, HACCP, and company SOPs.
