We are looking for passionate and certified Padel Coaches to join one of the UAE’s premier Golf & Recreational Clubs set in a tranquil and expansive green environment. The ideal candidate will deliver high‑quality coaching, inspire players of all ages and levels, and contribute to a vibrant sporting community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver group classes, private lessons, and clinics for beginners to advanced players.
  • Develop tailored training programs to enhance skills, fitness, and game strategy.
  • Organize and support internal tournaments, events, and social matches.
  • Promote a positive, safe, and professional training environment.
  • Collaborate with club management to enhance member engagement and retention.
