Paediatric Nurses

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses with paediatric experience to join our expanding team. While many roles are based in South Dublin, we also have openings across various Leinster locations to meet growing service needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting children with complex medical needs to thrive in the comfort of their homes and within their communities. Responsibilities Deliver individualised, high-quality care to children with complex medical needs in their home environment. Monitor and assess each childs health status, administer prescribed medications, and manage clinical procedures such as enteral feeding and tracheostomy care, as required. Collaborate effectively with families, multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and internal care coordinators to ensure continuity of care. Prioritise the childs safety, comfort, and emotional wellbeing at all times. Maintain accurate and detailed care records and actively contribute to ongoing care planning and reviews.
