RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in healthcare recruitment for both domestic and overseas candidates, partnering with Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home Care, and Community Care providers.


We are currently seeking Registered Nurses with paediatric experience to join our expanding team. While many roles are based in South Dublin, we also have openings across various Leinster locations to meet growing service needs.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting children with complex medical needs to thrive in the comfort of their homes and within their communities.

Responsibilities


  • Deliver individualised, high-quality care to children with complex medical needs in their home environment.

  • Monitor and assess each child’s health status, administer prescribed medications, and manage clinical procedures such as enteral feeding and tracheostomy care, as required.

  • Collaborate effectively with families, multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and internal care coordinators to ensure continuity of care.

  • Prioritise the child’s safety, comfort, and emotional wellbeing at all times.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed care records and actively contribute to ongoing care planning and reviews.



  • Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (Children’s, General, or Intellectual Disability) with relevant paediatric experience

  • Current NMBI registration and eligibility to work in Ireland

  • Ability to work independently and respond effectively to clinical needs in a home setting

  • Demonstrates a kind, calm, and person-centred approach to care

  • Valid driving licence is mandatory – candidates must have either:

    • An international driving licence (valid for 1 year after arrival), or

    • A full Irish driving licence

  • Access to own transport is preferred
