Paid Acquisition Operator (B2B Brand Growth)

ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a full-time Paid Acquisition Operator to help us deploy and validate our paid acquisition system for a brand accelerator that works with B2B consumer brands selling on platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop. This role is execution-first. The systems, frameworks, and GTM hypotheses are already built. Your job is to run paid acquisition with focus, speed, and discipline, generate market signal, and help us scale what works. This is not a freelance role. This is not a side-project role. This is not an agency engagement. We are looking for someone who wants ownership, focus, and a long-term seat, starting with a performance-based ramp.
