Job Description

A Paid Ads Marketer (or Paid Media Specialist) strategizes, executes, and optimizes paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. They manage budgets, conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, and analyze ROI/ROAS to maximize performance. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Management: Create, launch, and manage paid campaigns (search, display, social) aligned with marketing goals.
  • Platform Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or Bing Ads.
  • Optimization: Continuously analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC) to optimize campaigns.
