Job Summary
MYTYLES is seeking a performance-driven Paid Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and scale high-impact campaigns across Google and Meta platforms to drive online sales and showroom footfall. The role focuses on managing large-scale ad budgets, optimizing full-funnel performance, and leveraging advanced analytics to maximize ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
High-Scale Campaign Orchestration:
Strategize and execute full-funnel campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and Performance Max), You Tube and Meta Ads (Instagram and Facebook).
Manage and scale substantial daily spends, ensuring efficiency is maintained as budgets increase.
Plan and optimize You Tube ad funnels (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion) aligned to business targets.
Dynamic Budget & Bid Optimization:
Monitor real-time performance to reallocate funds toward high-performing segments
Leverage AI-powered bidding (Target ROAS/CPA) to maximize conversion value while maintaining strict guardrails on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) .
Optimize You Tube bidding strategies to Maximize Conversions, Target CPA, Target ROAS (where applicable) and CPV/Reach-based strategies for upper funnel.
End-to-End Funnel Management:
Develop a seamless customer journey, driving online traffic to our e-commerce store and physical footfall to our 40,000 sq. ft. Bengaluru experience center .
Implement advanced retargeting/remarketing strategies for cart abandoners and high-intent visitors using dynamic product ads.
Build and scale You Tube remarketing audiences Video viewers & subscribers.
Creative & A/B Testing Leadership:
Conduct rigorous A/B testing on you Tube creative testing frameworks,ad copies, visual assets, and landing page layouts to optimize Conversion Rate (CRO) .
Analytics, Attribution & Privacy:
Master Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and server-side tracking to solve attribution challenges in a cookieless environment.
Utilize first-party data to build predictive audience segments and high-value Lookalike Audiences.
Track and improve You Tube ad performance metrics.
Collaborative Strategy:
Align with SEO and Content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across organic and paid touchpoints.
Required Skills
Expert-level proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Manager (specifically Performance Max, Discovery Ads, and You Tube/Video campaigns).
Proven experience in managing catalog sales, product feeds (GMC), and shoppable video formats.
Strong hands-on expertise in You Tube Ads formats, including, Skippable in-stream ads, In-feed video ads (Discovery), Bumper ads and You Tube remarketing campaigns.
Documented history of managing monthly high ad spends with a focus on scaling revenue, not just traffic .
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Facebook Pixel/CAPI
Ability to turn complex raw data into clear, actionable growth narratives for executive leadership.
Prior experience in home decor, real estate, or high-ticket retail sectors (Preferred).
Required  Qualifications:
Bachelors in Marketing, Business and relevant background.
2-3 years of experience in performance /growth marketing, Google Ads, Youtube Ads and Meta ads.
Prior experience in the Retail industry which are E-commerce , Home decor,  furnishing or any retail brands.
Able to commute to work on a daily basis or ready to relocate to a nearby office location.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
