We are looking for a Paid Ads Lead to leverage paid digital advertising channels to achieve specific business and marketing goals in the Mexican market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns.
  • Manage Google Search, PMax Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Real experience managing paid ad campaigns across platforms.
  • Managed $20,000 to $40,000+ per month in ad spend.
  • Understand ROI, tracking, funnels, and systems.
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable with automation tools.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑moving startup environment.
  • Applicants outside Mexico or Latin America are not considered.

  • Funnel strategy, email systems, and conversion optimization.
  • Marketing systems, automations, and tech coordination.
  • Creative direction for editors, designers, and contractors.
