Job Description

The Role:

You will be responsible for :

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement paid advertising strategies for Google and Meta platforms aligned with client or company objectives (lead generation, sales, brand awareness, etc.).
  • Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking tailored to the Australian market.
  • Prepare detailed media plans and budget allocations based on campaign goals.

2. Campaign Setup & Management

  • Create, manage, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with designers for creative assets.
  • Implement A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximise ROI.
