Paid Media Lead

Role: Paid Media Lead
Location: Onsite - Madrid, Spain or Cluj-Napoca, Romania

As Paid Media Lead EMEA, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels including paid social, search, display, and video. Working closely with the Global Paid Media team and regional performance marketing, you'll drive visibility, demand, and brand awareness across EMEA.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams (sales, field, ABM, brand, content, SEO, web) to align objectives, manage budgets, and deliver data-driven results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, track, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Build audiences, buyer personas, and full-funnel journeys (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU)
• Monitor performance, manage KPIs, dashboards, and reporting (GA4, Looker/Data Studio)
