Job Description

We're looking for a Paid Media Manager who can balance paid search & conversion rate optimization (CRO) with long-term demand generation in paid social. 

This role sits at the intersection of demand generation and demand capture. On one side, you'll own paid search and CRO - driving direct pipeline impact and measurable ROI. On the other, you'll architect paid social campaigns that build long-term demand and brand momentum. 

From a paid social perspective, this role works closely with global campaign managers, field marketing teams, and brand & creative to bring global and localised campaigns to life. You won't be operating in a silo; strong collaboration and communication skills is a must. 

You'll need excellent hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and the ability to turn performance data into clear stories and smart decisions. 

This is a fully remote role, and we're open to hiring from Finland, Portugal or the UK.
