Job Description
Your Role
You will be responsible for:
Creating and managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Amazon, etc.)
Managing a portfolio of premium clients
Monitoring and analyzing performance, and providing strategic recommendations based on campaign results
Conducting market research to stay up to date with the latest industry trends
Contributing to pitch processes: audits, strategic recommendations, and presentations alongside the sales team
As part of this role, you will also lead a team of Paid Media Consultants:
Participating in recruitment interviews
Managing a team of 2 to 5 consultants (all levels of seniority)
Supporting and developing your team through one-to-one meetings, joining client calls, and providing individual follow-up
