Job Description

Your Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Amazon, etc.)

  • Managing a portfolio of premium clients

  • Monitoring and analyzing performance, and providing strategic recommendations based on campaign results

  • Conducting market research to stay up to date with the latest industry trends

  • Contributing to pitch processes: audits, strategic recommendations, and presentations alongside the sales team

As part of this role, you will also lead a team of Paid Media Consultants:

  • Participating in recruitment interviews

  • Managing a team of 2 to 5 consultants (all levels of seniority)

  • Supporting and developing your team through one-to-one meetings, joining client calls, and providing individual follow-up
