Job Description
I'm looking for a
hands-on Paid Media Marketer (2–4 years experience)
to help stand up, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns.
This is a
part-time, contract role
for someone who enjoys
execution and decision-making.
You will own the campaigns you run: setup, optimization, reporting, and performance insights.
This role is ideal if you want:
- Real ownership of work
- Exposure to multiple products, verticals, and experiments
What You'll Do
- Launch new paid media campaigns from scratch (Meta, Google)
- Make day-to-day and week-to-week optimization decisions
- Monitor performance and identify what's working and what's not
- Own reporting for the campaigns you run (clear, concise, decision-oriented)
- Share insights and recommendations
