Job Description

I'm looking for a
hands-on Paid Media Marketer (2–4 years experience)
to help stand up, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns.

This is a
part-time, contract role
for someone who enjoys
execution and decision-making.
You will own the campaigns you run: setup, optimization, reporting, and performance insights.

This role is ideal if you want:

  • Real ownership of work
  • Exposure to multiple products, verticals, and experiments

What You'll Do

  • Launch new paid media campaigns from scratch (Meta, Google)
  • Make day-to-day and week-to-week optimization decisions
  • Monitor performance and identify what's working and what's not
  • Own reporting for the campaigns you run (clear, concise, decision-oriented)
  • Share insights and recommendations
