Job Description
This role is directly responsible for performance metrics — not vanity metrics. The Paid Media Specialist must think in terms of CAC, ROAS, pipeline value, and conversion optimization.
Core Responsibilities
1 Paid Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube
- Build full-funnel campaign structures (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
- Create audience segmentation strategies (cold, warm, retargeting, lookalikes)
- Launch and manage A/B testing for creatives, copy, hooks, and offers
- Align paid traffic strategy with content and organic initiatives
2 Performance Optimization
- Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize based on data
- Reduce CPL while improving lead quality
- Optimize campaigns for revenue, not just leads
- Manage budgets and allocate spend toward highest-performing campaigns
