Job Description

This role is directly responsible for performance metrics — not vanity metrics. The Paid Media Specialist must think in terms of CAC, ROAS, pipeline value, and conversion optimization.

Core Responsibilities

1 Paid Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube
  • Build full-funnel campaign structures (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
  • Create audience segmentation strategies (cold, warm, retargeting, lookalikes)
  • Launch and manage A/B testing for creatives, copy, hooks, and offers
  • Align paid traffic strategy with content and organic initiatives

2 Performance Optimization

  • Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize based on data
  • Reduce CPL while improving lead quality
  • Optimize campaigns for revenue, not just leads
